If you would like to delete your Swara account and associated data, follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly inside the Swara app:
- Open the Swara app
- Go to Settings tab
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete account
- Tap Delete my account button
Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
What Happens After You Delete?
- Your profile information will be removed
- Your learning progress and XP will be deleted
- Your session tokens will be invalidated
- Any stored user data linked to your account will be removed
30-Day Recovery Period
Your account enters a 30-day recovery period.
During this time:
- You may log back in to restore your account.
- After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited data if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security logs (retained for a limited period)
